 -BOOKING INFORMATION-

Step One: Request a quote!

  • Add your details to our “contact” form and we’ll be in touch with a customized quote based on your details. (all of our rates are also listed on our rates tab)

Step Two: Reserve your date!

  • You’ve received a quote, seen our work, we’ve chatted, we vibe, and you’re ready to reserve your date! This is the biggest step in selecting your glam squad for your bridal hair and makeup!

  • (we collect a non-refundable, transferrable retainer fee of $200.00 which goes towards your total balance)

(we take weddings very serious and do not over extend ourselves by booking too many weddings on the same day. If you book with us- you are our artists’ only focus on your wedding day! we are a small business and we refuse other work on your wedding date. if you decide to do your own makeup, move your date, or cancel your wedding all together, we understand. please notify us as soon as possible. your retainer fee is non-refundable, but transferrable if you give 60 day notice or more. (Your retainer becomes non-refundable and non-transferrable if you give less than 60 days notice prior to your reserved date). Transferability expires one year from initial deposit and rates are subject to change.

Step Three: Schedule your trial run!

  • It’s never too early, or too late to schedule your bridal hair and makeup trial run! (We do think 2-4 months beforehand is the sweet spot) Trial runs are not required, but they are recommended to ensure you love your look and your artist and you are stress free on the big day! Its fun to chat about different options, test out color combos, and try out that pinterest inspo board you’ve been pinning for months (or years- no judgement here).

  • we do trial runs out of our home base in palm harbor, fl for $200.00 and we accept payments via cash, venmo or credit on the day of the trial. Artists are occasionally available to travel on location for trials, please inquire for availability and quote.

  • we schedule trial runs on most weekdays and select evenings. (we are usually booked on weddings on the weekends, so we do not do trials on weekends).

  • some brides like to dress in something white and bring bridal jewelry, veil, and hair accessories to get an idea of the overall look!

  • expect to spend 1-3 hours at your trial run. while day of services are much faster, we take our time at your trial run talking about your vision, comparing options, and taking lots of photos. we never want you to feel rushed at your trial.

  • planning your trial run before a bridal shower or engagement shoot is an excellent way to utilize your hair and makeup trial! if you are planning a shoot or event, let us know so that we can schedule your trial run at the perfect time with travel and prep considered. Again, weekdays work best for this.

  • please arrive to your trial run with dry hair and a fresh face! All day of clients must arrive with dry hair. we do not offer blow outs in addition to styling.

Step four: Sign and return your contract

  • Once we have your date saved, your trial run complete, and your look perfected, we draft up your contract for services. this is a general contract for services and protects both you the client and us the service providers. It includes the following: timeline, total number of services, your full legal name, mailing address, and payment schedule. (Payment for the total amount of services, travel, and service and gratuity are accounted for in your contract and are due as follows: 50% minus $150 retainer fee and a signed contract due no later than 30 days prior to wedding date. Your remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. no transactions are made on the day of service!) This model works beautifully to simplify your getting ready process, make things move smoothly, and put the focus on YOU.

  • Sign and return your contract via email (or snail mail if that’s your jam).

Step Five: Get Married!

  • We will show up on your wedding day bright eyed, energetic, Excited, and ready to glam you and your bridal party up!
